Hoy el código de energía pide R-30 o más en construcciones nuevas, y muchas casas más viejas tienen R-19 o menos. En la inspección revisamos el aislamiento de tu ático y te decimos si se ve corto. Menos calor, menos trabajo para el aire acondicionado y una factura de luz más baja.

The inspection is visual and non-invasive — we don't move furniture, dismantle systems, or inspect areas that aren't safely accessible. Specialized testing like mold, radon, or an official WDO-121 termite report are separate services.

We offer a visual WDO (Wood-Destroying Organism) screening for informational purposes. This is not the official Florida WDO-121 report, which requires a separate FDACS Pest Control Operator license.
As soon as possible after your offer is accepted, so you have time to review the report and negotiate repairs, if needed, before closing. We offer same-week scheduling, including evenings, Monday through Saturday, and Sundays by prior confirmation.
It's not required, but we highly recommend it — walking through the findings in person is the best way to fully understand the condition of the home.

Yes. Even new homes can have installation defects or code issues. A pre-drywall or final walk-through inspection catches problems while they're still easy to fix.
